Mobile Health Clinic

As part of our commitment to student health, we have partnered with “Vision To Learn” to conduct vision screenings for all TK-2nd graders. This is a great opportunity to obtain vision screenings, exams, and glasses for your child at no cost to you. Informational flyers and Opt-Out forms went home with all students in TK-2nd. Please check your child’s backpack for these forms. If you DO NOT want your child to participate in this screening, you must submit an opt-out request by Feb 7th. We hope that you take the opportunity to utilize this new resource. Thank you!
